video called "Deer Processing Techniques for the Avid

2 tape series, Mark explains and shows the techniques involved
with getting the best cuts of meat from either deer, elk, caribou
or antelopes. He even shares some delicious recipes for gourmet
meals including crown roast, filet mignon or venison and sausage
