Butcher Shoppe

Step back in time to personalized service, quality meats and specialty foods at the Butcher Shoppe. Offering custom cut prime beef, lamb, pork, veal, buffalo, caribou, venison, elk, kangaroo, alligator, rattlesnake, rabbit, pheasant, quail, antelope, emu, bear, turtle, wild boar, ostrich, boneless goose and duck breast to name a few ... plus 35 varieties of seafood! They have a wide selection of unique items, such as imported cheese and pasta, sauces, specialty foods and Italian breads.

"Mark the Butcher", as we like to call him, has just stared in and produced a new video called "Deer Processing Techniques for the Avid Hunter." Created for both the beginner hunter and even experienced hunters, this video makes a great gift. On the 2 tape series, Mark explains and shows the techniques involved with getting the best cuts of meat from either deer, elk, caribou or antelopes. He even shares some delicious recipes for gourmet meals including crown roast, filet mignon or venison and sausage making. You can order the video online or call the shop for more information. Cooks Tour

Anything anyone wants for cooking. Giftware for people whose passion is cooking. Lots of unusual things you don't find anywhere else - all kitchen tested and quality guaranteed - and all related to the hours spent in the kitchen. They feature personal service, frequent demonstrations, free recipes and cooking advice.

In specialty foods, they carry fresh Imported Reggiano Parmesan Cheese, Italian Pastas, flavored vinegars, mustard, Asian cooking ingredients, along with Swiss chocolates. Also teas and spices.

The cooking school features lessons in all types of cooking as well as basic American techniques. Northern Italian, french, and Chinese courses are the most popular, but they do special classes on contemporary and hot, spicy cuisines as well.
