The Blakeslee Inn & Restaurant
A great new dining addition to the Poconos! This beautifully decorated Inn, located on Route 940 in Blakeslee offers outstanding French cuisine with American and Tuscan infusions. Certified Executive Chef Karlton Harris has created a menu that is sure to delight even the most discriminating palettes. Some unique and tempting items found on the menu include "Pocono Mountain Surf & Turf"- grilled medallions of venison, roasted lobster tail and wild mushroom ravioli with rosemary cream sauce and "The Crab Crusted Sea Bass" served with vegetable and starch Du jour. The exceptional Maitre d' and wait staff pride themselves on superb service and attention to detail leading to a wonderful dining experience. Be sure to check out the Inn's Fireside Martini Lounge which offers live entertainment and its own unique menu of Fondues and Satés. Additionally, The Blakeslee Inn and Restaurant also features an impressive wine list as well as a selection of the world's finest beer and martinis. The Homestead Inn
Attractive and intimate country setting with fireplace and two aquariums. The Homestead Inn has been selected as a featured Pocono Restaurant in an April 2001 edition of the New York Daily News, and in The New Yorker Magazine's June 2001 Issue. There is good reason why the Homestead Inn attracts so much attention. Patrons enjoy some of the Poconos' finest cuisine. Begin with a Grilled Portabella Mushroom filled with sweet sausage stuffing and topped with melted mozzarella, Shrimp Raviolis with Roasted Garlic or Creamy Garlic Escargot over puff pastry. Entrees include Zesty Baby Rack of Lamb with an orange whiskey glaze, Filet au Poivre, Boneless Duck Breast seared in a seasoned brandy peach sauce or choose from the daily specials offered by the chef. The desserts here are excellent as is the wine list which is very extensive.

Nick's Lake House
Spectacular views of Lake Harmony, coupled with fresh seafood, choice steaks, and upscale desserts make Nick's a destination for a great meal. The menu is a compilation of eclectic and traditional fare coupled with wonderful sauces and flavorings. Start your meal with the Portabello Napoleon, the Clams Bianco or try Nick's famous Clam Chowder served in a bread bowl. Unique dinner entrees include Chipotle Mango Salmon, Herb Infused Sea Bass, and an Almond Encrusted Rainbow Trout. For more traditional fare try the Filet Mignon with Horseradish Bourbon Sauce or the 18 oz. Porterhouse Steak grilled to your liking. Make sure to save room for dessert as some of the desserts at Nick's can only be described as works of art. Nick's new pastry chef prepares the fresh pastries and wonderful desserts which are available for take-out. During the warmer months there is additional seating on the outdoor deck which overlooks Lake Harmony. This is a great place to watch the sunset while enjoying a drink or dinner on the deck. Peppe's Ristorante
You'll know you are in for a special evening the moment you walk into Peppe's Ristorante. The setting is elegant with brick arches and perfectly appointed table settings with a fresh rose. Start your meal with a Caesar salad, prepared table side or perhaps one of their homemade soups or an appetizer. The extensive dinner menu features Northern Italian and Continental cuisine that includes fresh homemade pasta, the freshest fish and seafood available plus steaks, chops and veal cut on the premises. Peppe's executive chef will happily prepare all the fare from their extensive menu, but it is his daily specials made from all fresh ingredients that keeps Peppe's on top of the newest cuisine trends. Make sure to save room for dessert. Peppe's pastry chef's imagination has no boundaries and the desserts are not to be missed. Peppe's pastry is also available for take-out. Parents will be happy to know that there is a children's menu. Stone Bar Inn
Your hosts Andrew & Carol Moore invite you to experience an evening of distinctive dining.
