The Blakeslee Inn & Restaurant

The Homestead Inn
Attractive and intimate country setting with fireplace and two aquariums. The Homestead Inn has been selected as a featured Pocono Restaurant in an April 2001 edition of the New York Daily News, and in The New Yorker Magazine's June 2001 Issue. There is good reason why the Homestead Inn attracts so much attention. Patrons enjoy some of the Poconos' finest cuisine. Begin with a Grilled Portabella Mushroom filled with sweet sausage stuffing and topped with melted mozzarella, Shrimp Raviolis with Roasted Garlic or Creamy Garlic Escargot over puff pastry. Entrees include Zesty Baby Rack of Lamb with an orange whiskey glaze, Filet au Poivre, Boneless Duck Breast seared in a seasoned brandy peach sauce or choose from the daily specials offered by the chef. Nick's Lake House
Spectacular views of Lake Harmony, coupled with fresh seafood, choice steaks, and upscale desserts make Nick's a destination for a great meal. The menu is a compilation of eclectic and traditional fare coupled with wonderful sauces and flavorings. Start your meal with the Portabello Napoleon, the Clams Bianco or try Nick's famous Clam Chowder served in a bread bowl. Peppe's Ristorante
